i found the hotel very practical. the free parking was a great convenience. the room was also very spacious for a long stay.
during my stay, i noticed the noise levels from the nearby road. it could be a problem for light sleepers. i suggest bringing earplugs.

the room had two double beds. it made it perfect for families and the bathroom was a great size. we enjoyed complimentary toiletries provided each day and a selection of pillows.

this hotel offers easy access to the tourist area near the docks and welsh parliament. the city center is accessible using the water taxi from mermaid quay. the area has plenty of restaurants available.

the evening meal and breakfast were excellent.
The check-in process was not smooth. I had to wait an hour in line alongside many others. this was quite inconvenient as i arrived at the specified check-in time.

The reception staff provided quick service and clear instructions upon arrival! The room offered cleanliness, ample equipment, and a good size. I found the bathroom spacious, giving a luxurious feel. There were water and cupcakes available at the reception. This.
I observed a slight issue. Some coasters were missing from my room.

The receptionist was always smiling and very helpful when I asked for assistance. She even ordered a taxi for me. The staff was well-dressed and eager to help. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly too!

the hotel room featured a comfortable sofa and two double beds, ideal!). complimentary toiletries were provided. the actual iron and ironing board were useful for preparing for my meetings. i also found the free wifi easy to connect to.
i noticed slight wear on the furniture, but it didn't impact my stay.

The restaurant is close to many eating places and also serves fabulous drinks. the breakfast selection included a variety of options. i recommend the restaurant for dinner as well. It was very enjoyable.

The room's kettle and mugs were completely filthy. I'm pretty sure someone had used them to brew some kind of potion. also, the wifi was atrocious.
